Tim Finnigan, the ASL Consultant
Tim Finnigan has been Deaf since birth. He grew up near San Francisco in a large family—the second youngest among eight siblings—and has one deaf sister. He was raised oral until his mid-teens when he learned ASL. Tim’s lyrical and inspired use of ASL, and his open-minded and affirmative approach to life made him an excellent ASL Sign Master Deaf Culture Coach for this project.
